Standard Shipping

Our Detroit and Phoenix based warehouse staff work to ship all orders within 1 business day. Backorders are shipped per your instructions. All orders are shipping out of Nalpac’s warehouse located in Ferndale, Michigan or Phoenix Arizona. Orders are shipped via the cheapest means possible unless another shipping method is requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges, and C.O.D. fees. 

Domestic Shipping Information

Expedited
Delivery will be based on the expedited shipping method selected.

Special Exceptions
Please note that carriers will not deliver orders on holidays. In addition, we cannot account for unexpected delays due to severe weather, shipping delays, and other potential issues.
