Returns for non-personal products

• Returns accepted for 14 Days
• Customer provides return shipping
• No restocking fee
• No final sale items

Returns for personal products
Due to the nature of our products, items for personal or sexual use are considered used once shipped.  For this reason, we do not restock or accept returns on personal products. Orders which are returned or refused will be reshipped with additional shipping charges.  For defective products, see "Defective products." 

Defective products
Any products received with a manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Send email to service_servicefirstnovelties@aol.com with a full description of the issue and attach pictures.

Damaged/Shortages
All merchandise leaves the warehouse in excellent condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or retaped, you must file a claim with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.
