REFUNDS

Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, all items are considered used once shipped. For this reason, we do not restock or accept returns.  Orders which are returned or refused will be reshipped with additional shipping charge. 

Defective Product
Any products received with a manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Send email to service_servicefirstnovelties@aol.com with a full description of the issue and attach pictures.  

Damaged/Shortages
All merchandise leaves the warehouse in excellent condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or retaped, you must file a claim with the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.
